Huntertown Pavilion Rental

The Huntertown Pavilion was built in 1953 by the Eel River – Perry Park Association “For the Promotion of Good Fellowship.” It’s a great space for hosting graduation parties, family reunions, and other events to gather with friends and family. Ample parking is close, and there are two playgrounds on either side of the grounds.
The Pavilion is completely enclosed and covered. The building is not heated or air conditioned. There are 5 manual garage doors on the east and west side of the building that can be opened. The space includes 12 picnic tables, 2 restrooms, and trash cans with liners. Renters are asked to clean up all garbage / decorations, and put any picnic tables back where they were found.
- Rental Agreements are a first come first serve basis
- Minimum Rental fee: $100 for four hours. $25 for additional hours.
- Rental fee must be paid at time of completing contract (No Refunds)
- Key Deposit $20 (Refundable when key is returned and no damages)
- A valid Driver's License is required when completing Rental Agreement
