You have the opportunity to OPT OUT of your contact information being included in the PTO student directory. You only need to access the link if you would like select information (address, phone, email, etc.) to be excluded from the directory. By default, all students will be included in the directory unless this OPT OUT form is completed. However, please note: All students (name only) will still be included with their class roster should any other information be excluded on the OPT OUT form. Please complete form linked below by 2:30 PM on FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 4, 2026. No late forms can be accepted. Thank you!
